Blueberry Oatmeal


  • 102 g rolled oats
  • 480 ml almond milk 
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 75 g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp almond extract 
  • Fried banana slices
  • Blueberries
  • Peanuts, cashews, hazelnuts and almonds butter
  • Hemp seeds
  • Granola


  1. To a saucepan, add the oats, milk, banana, blueberries, and flaxseeds. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer for 7 minutes, stirring on occasion to prevent burning.

  2. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the maple syrup, vanilla, and almond extract.

  3. Divide the oatmeal between the bowls. Top with fried banana slices, fresh blueberries, granola, hemp seeds and peanuts, cashews, hazelnuts and almonds butter, when ready to serve.
