N1 is an Icelandic energy, fuel, and service station company. The client wanted to preserve N1’s established logo and its signature red, which stands out in the Icelandic market. Changing the logo would require costly signage replacements across all stations in Iceland.
GoalEnrich the visual world around the logo with a motion-driven identity system that not only strengthens N1’s visual presence, but also delivers a consistent narrative and emotional connection across all touchpoints.
ConceptMove. Pause. Enjoy. is a simple yet powerful reminder that life isn’t just about getting from A to B. It’s about everything in between.
N1 recognise that life moves forward, it’s a constant. But within that lies a choice: the choice to pause, to look around, to enjoy the moment. This speaks to the rhythm of all of life’s journeys, embracing the movement and the pauses.
It mirrors the Icelandic way of life:
Purposeful, present, and in tune with nature’s pace.
